My son James bought a car approximately 3 weeks ago. It was a 2014 Skoda Rapid with very low mileage of 51000 for its year. It had on the mot cert a couple of advisories of which were promised to be all done for collection on payment date of the car. When I collected the car its presentation was absolutely stunning , with all items attended to. A couple of days after having the car , the alternator failed , they dealt with that immediately so as to keep him mobile for work and also not to disappoint his happiness with his car. We went to Lawsons after a couple of high recommendations of the quality of vehicle , sales and after care , We have not been disappointed , it takes a lot to impress me these days but all Lawsons staff need to be commended as they all seem to operate together, as a well polished team , giving what is sadly missing in many walks of life , and that is "GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE" . Many Thanks to all of the team !! . I would not hesitate to recommend highly the calibre of company to anybody

You can by a car is so many ways now, but I decided to do it the old fashioned way and am so glad I did. Customer service was First Class from start to finish, a real Human approach. Love my Eco Sport and the team at Talke were Amazing. Nothing too much trouble,informative,helpful, Knowledgeable and really approachable Would Recommend it you\'re looking for a Top Notch Car Dealership who take out so the stress of finding you're next Car.

I cannot rate Lawson Motor Co at Talke highly enough. We recently bought a used car for our daughter. The sales team were highly professional, open and honest in our discussions. There was no hard sale and the price discussions were pragmatic. The car came with a three month warranty and although our daughter experienced a couple of issues, these were dealt with promptly, efficiently and competently without the usual hassle you get from a lot of car sales companies. I would give them a 5+ star rating and will highly recommend them to friends and family and anyone who asks my opinion.

I recently bought a Range Rover Evoque from the Stoke Branch. The customer service, from start to finish was exemplary. We did encounter a problem with the vehicle shortly after purchase; again, the customer service, warranty, understanding, and professionalism was absolutely superb. Despite the unfortunate delay, they provided a level of reassurance that I haven't experienced before after 25 years of driving, and buying cars. We still need to purchase a second vehicle in a couple of months, I wouldn't hesitate to make the 100mile trip back to Stoke, to buy from the, again. 10/10.

would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Lawson Motor Company Stoke (particularly the main gent who dealt with me) as they made my most hated task of buying a new car really easy, uncomplicated and stress free. The team are fantastic, no qualms, they don\'t pester you at all when having a browse around the cars, they don\'t hit you with hidden nasty charges - their service overall is 5*. My fab car, which I absolutely love, is exactly what I was hoping to find and within my budget; I picked it up in superb condition, freshly MOT\'d and freshly serviced. It\'s safe to say that I won\'t be going anywhere else in the future! Thanks guys! :)

I bought a Land Rover Discovery 4 Dynamic 2016, Matt the salesman, at Lawsons dealt with us with pure knowledge and dedication. The car was also given a 12 month MOT plus full service included in the price, and a new water pump and cambelt for a shared fee, so the car looks and drives like new, Lawsons dealt with us with pure professionalism and we will be visiting Matt and the Team again for our daughters first car, A great car company . I purchased a Honda Civic in September online and without viewing the car. The sales process was easy and without any pressure, finance was arranged online at a very good rate. The car was serviced and delivered within a week, very well prepared and with only one very minor issue ( aircon blowing warm), this was rectified by allowing me to have it re-gassed locally with Lawson Motor co refunding the cost. Overall the experience was first class as is the Honda Civic.
